DR. JOHN FALLAH

BOARD MEMBER

Dr. John Fallah brings more than 20 years of experience in social services, public policy, and international social work practice. He holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Liberia, a Master of Social Work from the Washington University in St. Louis, and a PhD in Public Policy Analysis and Social and Economic Development from Saint Louis University.

Dr. Fallah currently serves as District Coordinator for Human Services and Addictions Studies, Director of the HRSA Opioid Workforce Expansion Grant, and Assistant Professor of Human Services at St. Louis Community College. He has also taught extensively across multiple institutions, with a focus on social work practice, social welfare policy, and community and economic development.

As a member of the Hilljack House Board of Directors, Dr. Fallah brings deep expertise in addiction studies, workforce development, and community-based services. He is committed to supporting the organization’s mission and recognizes the critical role that stable housing and structured support play in early recovery.
