Ricky Stewart serves as Director of Hilljack House, bringing both professional expertise and lived experience to his leadership. Prior to joining Hilljack House, Ricky worked as a Case Manager at Illinois Recovery Center, where he provided comprehensive support to individuals in the earliest days of recovery. His work included addressing housing stability, employment readiness, legal compliance, and overall stabilization needs—helping clients build a strong foundation for long-term sobriety.

Ricky’s transition to Hilljack House represents a natural progression in the recovery continuum. He now supports residents as they move beyond initial treatment into accountable, structured transitional living rooted in the principles of 12-step recovery.

Having maintained lasting sobriety since January 2019, Ricky brings authenticity, credibility, and compassion to his role. His experience in housing coordination, community partnerships, and group facilitation positions him well to lead Hilljack House into its next chapter of stability and growth. Ricky is committed to fostering a supportive environment where residents are challenged, encouraged, and equipped to rebuild their lives.
